Here at Bluesky we offer a wide range of schemes for the discerning purchaser to help make the whole process of buying and moving in as simple and hassle free as possible.
1st Time Buyers
We have designed this scheme specifically for the first time buyer who may not have been able to save for a deposit.
Once your plot has been chosen and secured with a reservation fee we can help you appoint your solicitor and offer you free mortgage advice from one of our approved independent financial advisors and subject to status will help you place a mortgage with a bank or building society. Your mortgage will be for 95% of the purchase price and Bluesky will pay your 5% deposit.
Once you have been given a decision in principle for your mortgage we will pay your valuation fee. Once you have completed on your home and moved in Bluesky will refund to you £500 towards your solicitor costs.
